Job Description Job Description Description: We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience managing severe, persistent aggression in adult populations . This position requires clinical confidence, sound judgment, and the ability to function effectively in high-risk behavioral environments . Location Adult Day Habilitation Program East Brunswick, NJ , with additional sites within a 15-minute radius Schedule 12–14 hours per week 2–3 weekdays Daytime hours only Client Profile Male and female adults Documented history of severe and repetitive aggressive behavior High-acuity behavioral needs requiring active clinical oversight Core Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and ongoing behavioral analysis for adults Develop, implement, and revise behavior intervention plans for severe aggression Provide direct staff training focused on safety, response protocols, and treatment fidelity Review behavioral data and adjust interventions based on measurable outcomes Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical, and safety standards Provide on-site clinical leadership during behavioral escalations when present Requirements: Required Skills and Abilities: Active BCBA certification in good standing Proven experience treating severe aggression in adults (required) Demonstrated ability to assess risk and make immediate clinical decisions Strong written and verbal clinical documentation skills Reliable transportation for local site coverage This is not a training or entry-level role. Applicants without direct experience managing high-intensity aggressive behavior will not be considered.
