Job Description:
UniFirst Corporation, a leader in providing workplace uniforms
and protective work wear in North America and Europe, is seeking a
motivated and skilled Sales Professional to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will focus on expanding our market reach by
identifying new business opportunities and maintaining profitable
relationships with customers across various industries. As a key
representative of UniFirst, you will play a vital role in promoting
our tailored uniform and facility service programs, emphasizing our
commitment to quality and outstanding service. Identify and
cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold
calling, and managing leads in a designated territory. Present,
promote and sell UniFirst's products and services based on customer
needs and requirements. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to
maximize profits while ensuring clients’ satisfaction. Maintain and
expand client database within your assigned territory. Achieve
agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate
sales effort with team members and other departments. Analyze the
territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build
productive business professional relationships. Highly motivated
and target-driven with a proven track record in sales. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Sales
certifications like Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or
similar are preferred but not required.
