Responsibilities:

Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers
Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
--- Assist clients by providing education on products and processes, help inform and guide them
--- Must be able to negotiate on high price point quotes and bids
--- Estimates date of delivery to the customer, based on knowledge of the company's delivery schedules
--- Utilize ERP and other tools to produce quotes
--- Conduct showroom appointments following company guidelines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree preferred
Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car
2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
