Job DescriptionMust Have / Key Tech Skills: DTCC experience and knowledgeProject basic information: This is brand new position to work on a Operational Regulatory Settlement project. The analyst will work on DTCC T+2 to T+1 settlement changes. Has to be able to hit the ground running and to lead a team. Will be leading about 5-8 people locally based in the US and will interact with Global Natwest team members.Job Description Summary---The analyst will work on DTCC T+2 to T+1 settlement changes.---The role will require to capture translate Reg requirements to business requirements and further into system requirements.---The role will be cross functional working with the Business, Operations, Finance and Risk to flush out requirements and technical changes.---The role will require to work with internal cross regional technology team and the vendor to drive system enhancements---The analyst will need to seamlessly collaborate cross functional, cross regions, strong communication skills as well as excellent critical thinking skills.Responsibilities---Work closely with the project manager and ensure is meeting deadlines set forth in the project plan---Work closely with business partners to understand needs, define ross functional requirements---Create Project artifacts in line with NatWest Markets Project Management Methodology---Utilize analytical skills to critically evaluate information gathered from various sources---Extract and analyse data to ensure system is meeting functional needs---Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders---Support quality assurance reviews---Manage Project Financials---Should be able to interact with Senior Management and articular/escalate issues---Manage delivery objectives within scope of this project---Follow NatWest Markets Project framework and familiarity with AgileRequirements ---Demonstrate strong leadership, influencing and problem-solving skills---Knowledge of Fixed Income settlements is required---Prior experience with Regulatory deliveries preferred---The candidate must be a detail oriented.---The candidate must be a self starter with strong organizational and communication skills.---Builds cross regional relationships---Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project and Visio required.---+5 years' experience in Project Management preferred.---Familiarity with Agile preferred.
