As the Senior Marketing Analyst, you are passionate about
maximizing competitive performance and market share. You propel
business by providing actionable insights through intelligence
gathering, verification of product and sales data and original
market-level investigations. You excel at analyzing and
interpreting this data and developing reports for all levels of
senior leadership. You accelerate marketing campaign performance
through cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Operations,
Sales and Sales Operations while providing program and campaign
optimization insights.
You provide recommendations for new initiatives and programs by
leading and analyzing campaign results, performance metrics and
sales reporting while creating dashboards and market level
overviews. You identify gaps and opportunities mined from research,
segmentation and other client needs. You support the development of
new marketing and business strategies through the analyses of sales
performance and market and competitive factors. You develop, launch
and drive integrated marketing programs using intent data and
website analytics. You have a strong influential enterprise-wide
presence and provide guidance to multiple teams within an office
environment. You report directly to the Senior Manager of Midmarket
Marketing for goals, guidance and assistance.

will do:
- Encourage company-wide excellence through active and consistent
support for all efforts to simplify and enhance the client
experience while meeting financial and company goals.
- Drive successful sales through the identification of trends and
the presentation of fact-based, data-driven reports and actionable
insights to sales and company leadership.
- Plan for future promotions using sales trends to formulate
predictions.
- Improve product offers and promotions by assisting in the
definition of offer reporting requirements and necessary data to
meet performance tracking needs.
- Increase sales by using data to develop promotional
requirements, such as eligibility, targeted sales channels and
verticals, attachment rate tactics and PSUs.
- Identify market opportunities through the analysis and
reporting on competitor's impact on business and evaluating key
business performance indicators and business initiatives.
- Recommend improvements for PSU growth, migration trends and
churn trends through monthly client monitoring and providing a
competition impact analysis.
- Ensure successful new offer launches by creating support
materials and maintaining the Salesforce communications on current
promotions to sales via Sales Wire and Sharepoint.
- Maintain active and accurate enterprise offers, including
billing and code creation components through collaboration with
cross-functional teams and outside vendors.
- Support offers post-launch by assisting with communications and
answering field questions and emails.
- Enhance internal communications by assisting the custom
solutions team with the creation of internal publications and rate
cards and submitting requests for Salesforce and billing.
- Ensure timely and accurate process payment distributions to
clients by working with vendors to maintain the process.
- Bolster team success by contributing to the analysis and
evaluation of offer performance, identifying the needs of the team
and building and managing strong internal relationships.
- Supervise projects with duties that include budget and monthly
forecasting, invoice processing and assistance with rate
cards.Required keys for success:
- Five years of product or marketing work experience.
- Proficient in data analytics with the ability to analyze and
interpret detailed information and taking data sets to tell a story
through key highlights, graphs and charts.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to maintain a
big-picture view when working with daily detailed data.
- Deadline-driven with proven organizational and prioritization
skills.
- Adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced, competitive
high-pressure environment.
- Highly motivated, analytical and detail oriented with the
ability to analyze sales trends, industry competition and
performance of key initiatives.
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills with
all levels of an organization.How you will stand out from the
crowd:
- Two years of experience with reporting and analysis in a
business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Experience with marketing program development, reporting and
optimization that can help move marketing programs forward.
- History of leading the analysis of campaign results,
performance metrics and sales reporting and creating dashboards and
market level overviews to develop recommendations for new
initiatives and programs.
- Knowledge of telecommunication industry.Your education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, data analytics, business or a
related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training
