With offices in Guernsey and Connecticut, they work on the bleeding edge of systematic trading. They are rapidly growing and currently have 50 team members globally.What you'll be doingThey are looking for a detail orientated, highly communicative and talented Trade Execution Analyst to join their highly motivated team. We are a group of experienced, analytical, and technical financial professionals, working with and operating automated quantitative trading strategies.You will be primarily responsible for preparing and monitoring our automated trading strategies, operating across multiple asset classes and global markets.This includes, but is not limited to:

• Diagnosing and resolving trading and technical issues liaising across multiple internal and external teams
• "Pre-flight" market readiness checks
• Deep dive trading investigations
• Contribute to ongoing system design, implementation, and maintenanceYou will be working on a rotation basis - periodically working night or day shifts for trading in Asian, European and North American markets.What you'll need to be successful?
  • Some form of financial, trading and/or support experience
  • Good computing skills. Ideally knowledge of Python, VBA and/or SQL
  • Excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and be highly accurate
