Job Description:
Job Description Role Summary/Purpose: This role will be
responsible for managing day-to-day administration of various
compensation programs, including leading project teams related to
new program implementation or changes, identifying and contributing
to process improvements, and developing appropriate communication
plans related to program participants. Essential Responsibilities:
--- Manage day-to-day administration of assigned programs, such as
annual compensation planning, short term incentives, employment
based immigration, and others --- Serve as vendor relationship
manager for third parties supporting assigned programs --- Maintain
program documentation and develop appropriate communication plans
to program participants --- Lead project teams to implement new
programs and make changes to existing programs --- Identify process
improvement opportunities and contribute to solutions --- Work
closely with HR, Recruiting, HRIS, Payroll, Legal, and Tax teams to
ensure programs are executed in compliance with company policies
and government regulations --- Monitor the industry and external
market best practices and provide analysis on the impact of
relevant developments --- Support HR Generalists with compensation
related matters and job leveling --- Play a key role in the
year-end compensation planning process --- Perform other duties
and/or special projects as assigned Qualifications/Requirements:
--- Bachelor---s degree, math or science preferred --- Minimum of 4
years of professional experience --- At least 3 years of experience
in HR compensation. Desired Characteristics: --- Human Resources
experience within a regulated environment --- Ability to understand
and communicate complex tax and legal concepts --- Experience with
Workday and corresponding reporting mechanisms --- Experience with
immigration policies and procedures --- Advanced Excel Skills ---
Ability to communicate with and influence all levels of the
organization and drive change. --- Demonstrated successful
experience working in a demanding, high performance work
environment and team oriented culture
