Description The Senior Qualtrics Delivery Consultant is part of Rizing's Experience Management practice, responsible for delivering experience management programs and outcomes to customers across all lines of business within Rizing. As a partner of both SAP and Qualtrics, the Experience Management team works to design and implement business solutions that complement customers working within this ecosystem. As an Experience Management subject matter expert, you will be driving the implementation of Qualtrics solutions, displaying exceptional customer and project management skills while building strong working relationships with customers as well as with cross-functional colleagues. The Senior Qualtrics Delivery Consultant will preferably have experience with listening programs, interest in and experience with related technologies, and a passion for continual development. Essential Functions Essential duties and responsibilities might typically include the following but other duties and responsibilities might be assigned:
    • Invest in the vision held by the Rizing Experience Management group, by offering world-class experience management solutions in the SAP and Qualtrics environment and always looking to grow your own skills and experience,
    • Put the customer first, be an active listener, looking to deliver tangible business improvements because of the programs you implement,
    • Be an expert on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions, including those specifically tailored to our clients such as XM for IT or Vaccine Manager,
    • Experience within an SAP environment, preferably within SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules as well as the SAP Admin Centre,
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during implementation and manage the project to completion,
    • Running Experience Management workshops and programs, leading to Experience Management systems implementations,
    • Design and document functional and technical requirements and help scope projects by understanding timelines and work, Essential Functions (Continued)
      • Actively coordinate with our XM Scientist, to incorporate leading practice solutions to customers challenges, and through tailored programs,
      • Working collaboratively, with in house technical capability to solve technical implementations, focusing on maximizing the benefit of the relationship between Qualtrics, SAP, and related solutions,
      • Clearly communicate solutions back to clients through phone and email,
      • Train and teach clients on specific and new aspects of the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and the advantage of its integration to SAP,
      • Continually adapt and develop in-depth product knowledge from Qualtrics and within Rizing. Including being committed to the continues development of Qualtrics products and solutions as they emerge,
      • Train and teach clients on specific and new aspects of the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions, and
      • Contribute as a team member to the design and development of targeted products and solutions specific to the customers we service. Required Qualifications
        • A Bachelor's degree in, Information Systems, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field and a passion for project work and Experience Management or HR system implementations,
        • Experience with the Qualtrics products and solutions, ideally having already been -certified in the EX-module,
        • Fluency in English, with professional communication skills. Desired Qualifications
          • Experience with SuccessFactors or other HCM and an understanding of the data model. Ideally suited to someone with a background in SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Recruitment,
          • SAP Integration capability, and
          • Qualtrics CX certification. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
            • A basic level of proficiency with HTML is preferred,
            • Experience in a client-facing position and managing client relationships,
            • A strong communicator, comfortable with systems training and responding to client questions,
            • A persistent ability to diagnose and solve problems,
            • High tolerance for ambiguity and complexity,
            • Experience with project implementation/delivery on a technical platform, and
            • Ability to work cross-functionally with a team or independently as the project lead.
            • Excellent attention to detail - you value getting things right.
            • Ownership mentality: don't just execute what's asked, consider whether it could be done a better way.
            • Conflict resolution skills, with the ability to influence decisions and manage relationships.

              • Work is home-based as part of a global organization. Some travel to office or customer site and working outside of core hours may be required.
              • Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, printers/scanners, and telephone applications.
