We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with a passion for the client excellence to join our Asset Development team.

Work you'll do

• Actively engage and lead strategic client engagements with regards to both technical and business value - building winning, differentiated solutions and value.
• Align with Product Management and the Technology & Product groups
• Be an active contributor to the internal Technical Architect community by participating in calls, publishing reference architectures and creating decks and other reusable assets for technical topics.
• Drive exceptional growth through client relationships
• Stay abreast of industry trends and recognize opportunities for new and emerging technologies
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and clearly articulate trade-offs for alternative approaches
• Architect and document technical solutions that are aligned with customer business objectives
  Required Qualifications
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, business administration or a similar field
  • 7+ years of related work experience designing multi-tier enterprise solutions
  • 7+ years of experience on the Salesforce Platform including Process Builder, Workflows, Lightning App Builder
  • 7+ years of experience with Salesforce Development including Lightning Components, APEX, SOQL, and SOSL
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Bulk & SOAP, REST APIs, batch process, Integration Security
  • 3+ years of experience with Web Application Development including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps or Git source control and CI/CD
  • Salesforce certification required
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
    Preferred Qualifications
    
    • Demonstrate a deep knowledge of all Salesforce product offerings
    • Experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Einstein, Pardot, Marketing Cloud preferred.
    • Strong technology leadership skills required
    • Outstanding presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
    • Self-starter with proven ability to successfully kick-start new initiatives and to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution
    • Experience in application development
    • Strong understanding of architectural design patterns including SOA, Micro-Services, object-oriented design patterns, common integration patterns, etc.
    • Excellent customer-facing written and oral communications skills
    • Business process modeling
