Position Overview:The primary role of the Patient Experience (PX) Analyst is to provide data management and analytic support for CareMounts valued-based care Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) patient experience survey performance. The Patient Experience Data Analyst position requires strong analytic and organizational skills, initiative, ability to work independently, and a willingness to help develop a robust Patient and Customer Experience reporting infrastructure. The PX Analyst will be responsible for continuous monitoring and measuring of patient feedback data and aggregating into comprehensive clinical and non-clinical reports.This individual will report to the Director of Patient Experience/ Chief Experience Officer and will design, produce, validate, and distribute patient experience data reports, journey maps, and other reporting needs based on CMS CAHPS criteria and Customer Experience Net Promoter Score measure specifications.Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to the following):Support location and specialty-based patient experience benchmarking including reviewing key themes and opportunities for improvement and driving ongoing data managementDesigning, building, and optimizing predictive analytic models to capture patient attrition and patients at risk of leaving the group for Service Recovery intervention.Working with NextGen, Epic and other data repositoriesNarrative reporting to present findings in an organized, clear, concise and meaningful mannerParticipating in the development of analytical tools and performance reports that will monitor organizational progress for NPS Would RecommendDesigning and constructing data tables, schemas, dashboards, and visualizations related to patient experience performance.Developing, validating, and distributing gaps in care lists for providers and clinical staff.Education and Experience Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONBachelor degree in quantitative discipline from an accredited institution required such as Business, Economics, Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Healthcare Administration; Master's degree in a data-related field preferred.1-4 years of experience working in an analytics role in managed care, population health, or health insuranceAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; including pivot tables, linked spreadsheets, lookup formulas, and graphing; proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPointAbility to query systems, abstract data, and clearly summarize and present actionable dataKey traits quantitative analysis skills, critical thinking skills, entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, leadership, self-starter, results orientation, ability to balance multiple projects, attention to detailOutstanding conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to leverage hypothesis-driven analysis and critical thinking skills to define solutionsAbility to consistently exercise independent judgment, maintain objectivity and be adaptable and flexibleMust be able to perform and complete work assignments effectively and accurately with minimal direction and supervisionAbility to maintain high degree of professional integrity and patient confidentialityExperience working in a multi-disciplinary, large health care systemAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, ethnicity, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
