The role will be responsible for providing insights based on analysis of information relevant to sourcing projects, categories and market conditions for the Sourcing Team. This role is critical to support the sourcing team to ensure VV gets the most value for all expenditures related to indirect goods and services. It supports stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, Store teams, Marketing, IT, and other users of goods and services to help budget category spend, drive negotiations, validate spend and help manage key vendor relationships.You Will:* Collect information and data: Maintain spend cube, Monitor supplier and supply market information, Partner with Finance and maintain current spend, transaction and supplier data, Maintain usage information on goods and services, and Collect and log industry benchmarks* Perform analysis and build cost models - analyze and provide recommendations* Along with Procurement Manager develop and maintain supplier scorecards - monitor performance and compliance to SLA's* Partner with Finance to Track savings - dashboard* Maintain sourcing calendar and build rolling annual and quarterly work plans* Analyze supplier responses to RFP and RFI's* Confirm invoice accuracy for appropriate and timely payments* Maintain Certificate of Insurance (COI) for all Vendors / build process to manageWhat you bring:* 5+ years of financial or analytical experience, preferably supporting procurement or sourcing, teams with budgeting, negotiation preparation, RFP preparation and analysis.* Ability to collaborate and partner with cross functional stakeholders such as: Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, Marketing and IT to ensure timely resolution of items in the procure-to-pay process* Strong financial, quantitative and analytical skills.
