Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma Minimum Years of Experience: 6 year(s) 6+ years of engineering & architecture experience delivering IAM solutions Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Bachelor Degree Preferred Fields of Study: Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Information CyberSecurity Certification(s) Preferred: CISSP or CISM Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas: * Demonstrating advanced written and verbal communications skills; * Working in a team environment and being a team player, working in a distributed team environment; * Acting as a situational leader, self starter, ability to deliver; * Demonstrating knowledge of IAM concepts (Provisioning, User Flows Authn, Authz, Federation, Risk based authentication, Oauth2/OIDC); * Demonstrating experience with Federation Concepts i.e. WSFED/SAML2.0, OAuth2, etc.; * Demonstrating experience with ForgeRock: OpenAM , OpenIG, OpenIDM, OpenDJ; * Demonstrating experience with IDaaS, Azure, Okta, Auth0, or similar; * Demonstrating experience with Active Directory /SunOne Directory / Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition; * Demonstrating experience with Zero Trust conceptual knowledge; * Demonstrating experience with Splunk; * Demonstrating experience in CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery) and DevOps concepts/tools; and, * Demonstrating experience in Automation: Ansible, Bash, Powershell.
