Are you a highly skilled Business Process Analyst with experience in the Cable/ Telecommunications industry? Are you looking for a long-term role with an industry leader?If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Stamford, CT. You will be working 2 weeks on-site in Stamford, then 2 weeks remote.This is a Contract opportunity through the end of the year. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. We cannot work on a Corp-to-Corp basis with this client. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Responsibilities of the Lead Business Process Analyst:* Leverage expertise in process improvement and analysis in the Cable/Telecommunications industry* Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvement/optimization opportunities* Work with leaders to strategize process improvements to drive efficiency and cost reduction* Collaborate cross-functionally to understand and document current state* Drive strategic discussions on opportunities and process and operational improvements* Use sophisticated quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis* Implement new processes, evaluate existing processes, and recommend optimal solutions and improvementsRequirements of the Lead Business Process Analyst:* Bachelor's degree in Business or related and at least 5 years of experience* Comprehensive knowledge of cable industry* Knowledge of business process frameworks like eTOM* Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively* Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively* Ability to analyze and interpret data* Effective communication skills across all organizational levels in a clear, effective manner* Ability to document, prepare, and present data-driven presentations* Superior knowledge of Word, Excel, Visio and related software applicationsKeywords: Lead Business Process Analyst, Cable Industry, Business Process Improvement, Telecommunications, Visio, Job ID: 348545
