Associate, Debt Capital Markets with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, New York. Take an active role in the full cycle of deal execution, including market research, negotiation processes, internal Investment Committee approvals, and Due Diligence/Know Your Customer (DD/KYC) compliance. Build financial models and analyze data/debt structures to determine impact across multiple levels of the business and advise stakeholders on best potential options. Requires: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Law, Mathematics, or a related field and three (3) year of experience in job offered or a related role. Prior work experience must include three (3) years of experience with each of the following: assisting in leading the origination, negotiation, and execution of debt facilities, specifically in capital call, secondaries/direct nav, securitizations, and USPP market; alternative investments including Private Equity, Real Estate, Fixed income, Private Credit, and Infrastructure; financial modeling related to sensitivity analysis, debt cost forecasting, flow of funds, portfolio/pipeline management, and market comparisons; creating Microsoft Power Point presentations targeted to external stakeholders and internal senior employees; working with Investment funds' structure, asset management, liquidity management and investment strategies; working with operational activity and mechanics of financial institutions; relationship management with lenders and institutional counter parties; and legal documentation, due diligence, and compliance related to the servicing and execution of multiple types of agreements. Salary Range: Annual base salary for this New York, New York-based position is $170,000/Year- $182,000/Year.
