Job Description:

OverviewSupports the analysis, planning, coordination, and implementation of strategic initiatives, performance improvement activities, and projects identified by the Chief Executive Officer and various strategic business units across the VNS Health organization. Assists senior management with tracking implementation and monitoring the effectiveness of organizational changes, including designing analytical approaches, data collection and analysis, report writing, tracking project tasks, and helping ensure the overall success of the department. Works closely with other functions to support aligning strategy and business operations with health policy changes. Works under supervision.What We Provide

    • Maintain a strong understanding of all VNS Health strategic business objectives and operations.
    • Support a range of projects across business advisement/optimization, transformation, and strategic planning. Assist senior management with business issues, project approaches, and solution design.
    • Support smaller projects by developing project plans and ensuring progress toward goals. Track and monitor project work plans, objectives, tasks, and timelines. Communicate project status and issues to leadership.
    • Participate in interdepartmental workgroups supporting performance improvement projects. Develop positive relationships across VNS Health and facilitate meetings as needed.
    • Collect and analyze data to support projects and initiatives. Prepare reports, memos, and communications.
    • Demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal and external customers. Represent the department effectively.
    • Participate in designing and delivering presentations on project status and outcomes.
    • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation:
      • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field required.
      • Master's Degree preferred.Work Experience:
        • Minimum three years of progressive experience in consulting, health care operations, health policy, or related discipline required, or
        • Two years of experience with a Master's Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or related field required.
        • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.
