Job Description:

Position Summary The Client Coordinator follow up on jobs after calls are Dispatched to ensure client is satisfied with the service and to follow up on any issues the client or vendor may have. -Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: -DAILY:

Communicate effectively with vendors, client and managersCheck client arrival times on each work orderManage Individual Follow-Up QueMaintain consistent contact with vendors updates/quotes/invoicesCheck In/Out, Update Double SystemsUpdate clients consistently on work order statusFinding errors in quotes and obtaining correctionsEnter vendor/client quotes into Facilities Exchange, our computer systemNegotiate rates and prices for labor/materials -Assist accounting with any billing issues on your jobsKeep emails organizedAssist with answering phones throughout officeInbound/Outbound phone calls/Answering Group Line -MONTHLY:
On call rotation (mandatory after 6 months) -/ Saturday rotation (voluntary) -AS NEEDED:
Dispatch assigned work orders Recruiting for new vendors as neededAssist other Dispatch/Coordinators & SupervisorsPowered by JazzHR
