work.(sm) -Positions in this function is responsible for processing
Referral and Precertification requests in accordance with CareMount
Medical's standards operationally.Primary Responsibilities:
- Processes Referrals and Precertification requests in an
efficient and timely manner according to CAREMOUNT MEDICAL's policy
and procedures
- Provide quality Customer Service to the patients courteously
and promptly
- Maintain knowledge of Insurance and Facility requirements and
preferences in order to effectively perform job
responsibilities
- Keeps abreast of current developments and policies affecting
the processing of Referral, Precertification and Orders Management
requests
- Serves as a liaison between Physician, patient and facility to
ensure clear communication and a positive outcome
- Works with staff to ensure Referral, Precertification and
Orders Management requests are completed and submitted timely and
accurately
- Establishes and maintains a professional image and
environment
- Performs related work as requiredYou'll be rewarded and

- High School Graduate and 2+ years of Insurance experience in a
medical practice environment
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this
role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster

well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of

Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $33,280
to $65,400. Pay is based on several factors including but not
limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In
