Work with the largest care delivery organization in the world and start doing your life's best work.(sm) -Positions in this function is responsible for processing Referral and Precertification requests in accordance with CareMount Medical's standards operationally.Primary Responsibilities:

• Processes Referrals and Precertification requests in an efficient and timely manner according to CAREMOUNT MEDICAL's policy and procedures
• Provide quality Customer Service to the patients courteously and promptly
• Maintain knowledge of Insurance and Facility requirements and preferences in order to effectively perform job responsibilities
• Keeps abreast of current developments and policies affecting the processing of Referral, Precertification and Orders Management requests
• Serves as a liaison between Physician, patient and facility to ensure clear communication and a positive outcome
• Works with staff to ensure Referral, Precertification and Orders Management requests are completed and submitted timely and accurately
• Establishes and maintains a professional image and environment

  • High School Graduate and 2+ years of Insurance experience in a medical practice environment
