StretchLab Woodbury opened the first one-on-one assisted stretching studio on Long Island in 2019 and we are hiring! Looking for a high energy, passion-filled, wellness-minded, sales motivated individuals with a love for community. - We are looking for part-time hours, about 20 hours per week. Graduate students and students with bachelor degrees in Exercise Science, Kinesiology and Athletic Training that want to learn sales or become a Certified Flexologist is a great way to join a holistic wellness studio and make an impact on people that want to feel good naturally. We are not looking for students in search of a temporary, summer job. StretchLab -has more than 200 studios open across North America, is one of the largest assisted stretching brands worldwide, and ranked in Entrepreneur Magazine's Franchise 500 in 2022, Fastest-Growing Franchises and Top New Franchises in 2021 & 2022 lists as well as on Inc. Magazine's Inc. 5000 list two years running. StretchLab's unique and innovative approach to assisted stretching has created a widespread and devoted following. StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals. StretchLab's proprietary Flexologist--- Training Program (FTP) ensures client's receive a world class stretching session. Our Certified Flexologists provide one-on-one assisted stretches. POSITION: The Front Desk Sales Associate is the first person our prospects, guests, and members interact with to learn about how one-on-one assisted can improve their flexibility and range of motion to eradicate the feeling of tightness, get them out of pain and feel amazing. This person will assist the Sales Manager greet anyone that walks in or calls the studio, book in first timers, book out members and close membership sales by bringing on new members to the studio. They will also assist with and retain current members. Retail, fitness and wellness education/knowledge/background is preferred but not required. REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail
• Ability to learn and use our Club Ready software system
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist Sales Manager -with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
  • Book and confirm intro sessions -
  • Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
  • Conduct tours of the studio -while establishing a relationship and addressing -an individual's needs and wants
  • Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production
  • Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the studio -as a wellness provider
  • Present available services to current or prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
  • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio
  • Ensure the studio is clean and tidy
