As an Adobe intern, you'll put your smarts and creativity to work on business-critical projects, you'll be mentored by the top talents in your field, and you'll get all the credit when you dream up our next big thing.OVERVIEW OF ADOBE'S STUDENT ATHLETE MICRO-INTERNSHIPWith team members located across the globe, our global Employee Communications and Talent Marketing team enables employees to do their best work, supports the business, and increases our talent pipeline. While we aim for all our communications to inform, engage, and inspire, this is more than just writing emails or creating newsletters. We listen, learn, and advise on key initiatives and campaigns to create rich experiences that extend to company events, product launches, customer partnerships, and beyond!WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Collaborate with individuals across the business to assist with communication needs
• Stretch your change management and critical-thinking skills to understand what employees need to know, what is missing, and what doesn't make sense
• Draw on your real-life experience to uniquely elevate our brand and position Adobe as a great place to work for upcoming talent and graduates
• Partner closely with our Diversity & Inclusion and Social Impact teams to build community and support their strategy and mission
• Attend various employee communication meetings to understand our priorities, the business, and employee sentimentWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2023 - December 2025
  • Interest in working in and/or exposure to the communications field, social media, and employee advocacy
  • Tech-savviness - Slack? Outlook? No problem!
  • Curiosity and creativity

  • Ability to think fast and pivot as needed
