The Tudor Foundation, Inc., the charitable giving arm of Tudor Investment Corporation, seeks a Foundation Grants Associate to assist with its charitable giving in the communities where Tudor has offices, including Stamford, CT, New York City, Palm Beach County and the United Kingdom. Established in 1997, the Tudor Foundation is funded entirely by The Tudor Group and has donated over $83.5M to over 400 nonprofit organizations to help people in need.
Responsibilities


  • Manage the flow of all Tudor Foundation grant-related transactions:

    • Review grant proposals
    • Visit nonprofit applicants in Fairfield, Westchester and NYC
    • Create and analyze reports on our grant-making portfolio
    • Process all grants in Tudor platforms
    • Prepare grantee correspondence
    • Coordinate with UK staff to process international grants
    • Serve as main contact for Charities Aid Foundation America (CAFA), a donor advised fund through which Tudor Foundation conducts its international grantmaking
    • Learn to be a "power user" of all grants management-related platforms
    • Manage grantee relationships; track applications, answer questions from nonprofit applicants, invite nonprofits to apply, etc.

    • Partner with HR staff to administer Employee Charitable Matching program
    • Provide administrative support to Tudor Foundation Executive Director
    • Schedule and prepare materials for 4-6 grant cycle Tudor Foundation Committee Meetings each year
    • Champion systems improvement

      Job Requirements

      • Undergraduate degree with good academic performance
      • Minimum of 3 years' work experience; data/grants management system experience a plus
      • Strong proficiency with data collection, review, analysis and reporting
      • Strong research and writing skills
      • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint


        • Excellent time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and manage simultaneous projects
        • Exceptional relationship building skills, both within organization and externally

          Annual base salary for the position is expected to be from $80,000 per year to $100,000 per year, with the actual salary dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's experience and credentials, the salary expectations of applicable applicants, and other market conditions.
