Your 'day to day': --- Act as internal compensation and benefits expert to deliver total rewards programs, including regularly modeling a variety of rewards scenarios. Lead M&A strategy, design recommendations and point person for PMI functions (Legal, Finance, Treasury, Payroll, Internal Controls, etc) and external vendors. --- Understanding of data/reports and insights on demographic data and trends, including turnover, and impact of our rewards programs on employee engagement. Partner with TA/TM on best approaches to attract, engage and retain talent from a variety of backgrounds and industries. --- Act as subject-matter-expert and thought leader in relation to TR related programs. Own US Compensation and Benefits strategy, in partnership with P&ED, P&C, and other global TR teams. --- Partner with P&C leads, head of P&C US and Canada, TR Americas to support the build of the US, including areas like Org Effectiveness and functional structures/grading. --- Effectively partner cross functionally with TA/TM, P&C, and leadership across the organization to effectively support the future business strategies. --- Bringing new, innovative approaches to the organization and driving internal and external teams and partners to pioneer big, innovative ideas; taking abstract ideas and helping others throughout multiple levels of the organization understand and embrace the vision; and contributing to and playing a lead role in developing business unit strategic plans --- Function as US Benefits expert, partner effectively with P&ED Team by:
- Lead outsourced benefit vendors relationships with the P&ED Team
- Ensure timely TR related employee communications
- Research and respond to employee and retiree inquiries that need specialized benefits knowledge
- Supervise quarterly reconciliations as required by internal controls Who we're looking for:
