The Learning Services Department serves as a key support service
for our various locations, as well as for our Physicians, Mid-Level
Providers, Management and all other levels of Staff. Guided by the

The Learning Associate is responsible for educating new and
existing employees by providing them with an opportunity to acquire
the knowledge and skills required to perform their assigned duties
and responsibilities. This position is responsible for providing
learner-focused training in both 1:1 and classroom settings. The
Learning Associate may modify existing course materials with
guidance and supervision. Potential content types include
orientation, soft-skills training and applications support.
Clinical content may be included with appropriate professional
licensure. This position is appropriate for new training
professionals and/or those seeking a career change. Strong verbal
and written communication skills are imperative, as is the ability
to explain complex concepts to others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Keep apprised of training techniques/trends and industry best
practices. Proactively identify opportunities to leverage
technology, improve processes and enhance relationships to improve
the organization's success.
b. Conduct self in a manner which fosters credibility and
reinforces the Learning Service Department's commitment to setting
the framework for greater employee engagement and performance
through the creation of an environment which supports and respects
each learner as a capable contributor to organizational
c. Maintain training records and documentation.

Qualifications and Education:
1. Associates/Bachelor's degree; will consider exceptionally strong
candidate with High School Diploma/GED and relevant work

professional setting with responsibilities including regular
interaction with others; Healthcare experience is preferred.
