  • High School Diploma or equivalent (College a plus but not a requirement)
    Summary - The Account Coordinator is responsible for all internal processes, managing the Customer lifecycle from Proposal through Project Coordination and Management. The ideal candidate will be able to monitor, control, and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and organizational goals.
    • Monitor Daily Reports from technicians and reconcile to the data and analytics associated with the assigned projects
    • Work closely with Management, Warehouse and Dispatch Teams, Technicians, Customers and Partners
    • Coordinate with the field team to internally manage multiple high-level projects at one time
    • Problem-solve and troubleshoot daily operational issues approaching all facets of the role with an analytical, data driven mindset
    • Adhere to operational procedures and develop personal efficiencies based on everyday processes
    • Manage project workflow throughout the entire process. This begins with the Proposal, follows through to the procurement of materials and establishment of schedule, coordination of deliveries, collaboration with technicians, management of installation and service
    • Build weekly reports to illustrate project completion percentage and status
    • Monitor system generated Profitability reports, reporting to management on each assigned project weekly
    • Maintain clear and accurate documentation
    • Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations
    • Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project is within allotted budget and scheduled timelines
    • Work with Finance to report on job completion percentages and provide necessary documentation for timely billing
      Skill Set:
      • Superior organizational skills
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills
      • High level knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
      • Elite ability to operate computer software such as CRM and ERP systems
      • Ability to multitask!
      • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
      • Professionalism a must as well as the ability to handle situations under pressure
      • A strong desire to win, learn and grow
