Our culture is defined by our SterlingRisk Values, which incorporate the values of Integrity, Collaboration, Care & Respect, Excellence, and Innovation in all we do.Job Summary:Support the company and corporate communications team in expanding our brand by creating or refining our print and digital marketing content with the goal of expanding inbound traffic and sales.Duties and Responsibilities:Other duties may be assigned as required by business needs.Work with the Corporate Communications team to develop content strategies for our various brandsCreate, adapt, and review copy for communications to clients, prospects, and the public via various digital methodsCoordinate and liaise with our public relations firm for content creation and PREnhance and modernize standard company documents such as presentations, RFPs, and proposalsMonitor the performance of our various marketing efforts and ad campaignsOversee content on various websites to ensure it continues to be relevant and accurateIncrease intra-company communication by creating content to be shared with employees and posting to our intranetResearch competitors and industry trends to build on our marketing strategyAssist individual employees in improving their social media presence by updating their profile and developing a simple strategy they can followAssist HR department is using LinkedIn for employee recruitmentEducation and/or Experience:College degree in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, or communicationsPublic relations, marketing, and/or sales experience is a plusKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong communication skillsExcellent writing skills including copywriting and proficiency in using correct grammarMeticulous attention to detailProficient in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of design principles or image editing software is a plusOrganized with an ability to prioritize time sensitive assignmentsAbility to work independently and with a team--- Maintains a professional, cordial, and effective relationship with co-workers and business contactsMust exhibit and respect each of our company's valuesExcellent knowledge of principles of social mediaWorking Conditions and Physical Effort:Work may be performed in a typical interior/office work environmentNo or very limited physical effort requiredNo or very limited exposure to physical riskThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
