Help people achieve their career goals!
Research, source, screen and process candidates through various sourcing channels.
Develop and implements an effective sourcing strategy.
Work together with the recruiters and managers to define candidate profiles.
Build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company's future hiring needs.Requirements:
- Online savviness - mastery at online research (Google and beyond)
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management systems
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
