Job Description:
Description. Position Summary The Senior Lead, Solution
Architect is a key business interfacing role that has technical and
business domain specific expertise and provides oversight and
coordination across portfolio of technical solutions being
developed in that domain. They develop, maintain, and communicate
processes and standard practices related to the high-level design,
development, and implementation of solutions across portfolio of
projects in the domain. Additionally, they work with the business
to define technology roadmaps & ensure solutions meet business
needs along with architecturally significant functional and
nonfunctional requirements. Key Roles & Responsibilities.
Effectively translates business domain/cross-domain needs,
challenges and context into technical solutions captured in
technical diagrams and other documentation. Ability to collaborate
with multiple business stakeholders to assess current capabilities,
understand business requirements and identify solution gaps.
Manages/Informs work scope to ensure solution architecture meets
the quality standards of ELC. Ability to examine current system
architectures and working with business and technical staff to
identify opportunity to recommend solutions that result in
modernizing existing processes or systems. Collaborate with
Enterprise Architecture team to ensure alignment on design
principles, standards, patterns, and frameworks. Leads engagement
with other SAs to drive alignment, standards and modernization of
ELC technology. Shares/teaches current trends/technologies in
consumer space and be aware of technology initiatives from other
best in class retailers and technology companies globally.
Leads/Initiate's prototype development efforts that align to
strategy, standards, best practices, and innovation. Drives
cross-domain adoption of best practices in the areas of technology
integration, cloud computing, managed services, process
improvement, technology innovation and implementation. Manage
Stakeholder's concerns regarding technical issues for their areas.
Present solution designs at architecture review board meetings and
garner support for standards-based solutions. Develop and maintain
partnerships across functions to tackle multifaceted challenges
ensuring partners have a voice, melding options to create new
innovative solutions. Demonstrate strong domain expertise (e.g.,
1P/3P) to introduce domain optimizations such as in areas of Supply
Chain, Order Management, Omni-Retail and Media Optimizations.
Leverage's expertise to identifies opportunities to advance
business capabilities further. Qualifications. Minimum Education
level: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or
Equivalent Discipline; MBA Or Equivalent A Plus. Minimum Years of
Experience: 7-9 Years Required Language Proficiency: English
