Sema4 is seeking an Account Manager III,-Pacific NW to support sales-related reporting and procedures. The Account Manager, Inside Sales will work in conjunction with their field counterpart(s) to maintain and grow the territory business directly through their engagement with accounts. This position will be supporting key South Central and OB/GYN accounts and will report to The Director of Account Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for maintaining and cultivating relationships with key accounts to guarantee a top-level customer experience.
  • Work with Territory Account Executive on account growth strategies. Responsible for Growth opportunities within existing accounts and net new business
  • Coordination of client services, logistics and solving of any problems that affect partner and patient satisfaction. Liaison between customer and internal departments
  • Provides and promotes product and services information; services assigned accounts.
  • Assisting customers while making appropriate documentation in CRM system, strong multi-tasking and data entry skills preferred
  • Identify issues and trends and collaborate with your team and leadership to develop best practices to ensure we are providing the best service and experience to all customers
  • Following up on sales leads and helping to finish the sales process

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree or Advance Degree a plus
  • 3+ years Client Service/Sales experience
  • Healthcare experience a PLUS
  • OB/GYN experience
  • Salesforce experience
  • Exemplary communication; both written and verbal
  • Work as part of a team to achieve success
