Water Restoration (UWR) actively seeking a full-time water and mold
Field Technician to become a part of our team!

Restoration Solutions for homeowners and businesses in the U.S. for
over 15 years. As a technician, you are the heart of the company,
representing our company with customers, inspectors, and insurance
representatives in the field. We carry a passion for the
well-being, health, and safety of our customers and a commitment to
restore their property to its original condition.
The primary role of the Field
Technician is to provide the initial response to floods, fire
damage and mold leads from property owners. This includes calling
and meeting with property owners and managers to assess the damage,
sign the customer and initiate clean up protocols. The Field
Technician helps the customer understand the restoration process -
planning and implementing the extraction, drying, demolition and
cleaning processes according to the IICRC S500 and S520 standard of
- One or more of the following;
New York State Mold Certification . IICRC: WTR, HMRT, ASD, FSRT
Certification. The company is willing to provide additional
training for the right candidate.
- Clean, valid driving record a
must!; must pass a background check and an illicit drug
Must pass respirator fitness test and lift 40+ pounds.
- Basic computer skills and
familiarity with mobile communications technology (smart phones,
- the ability to write well and
perform basic restoration calculations
Provide the customer, a clear
and transparent description of the remediation process.
Take environmental readings
moisture humidity etc.
Apply the S500 and S520
standards to rapidly remediate water and or mold
Maintain a safe work
environment as the top priority.
Monitor jobs daily, contacting
and following up with homeowners/business owners for daily
Keep detailed paperwork, job
logs, notes, and digital system uploads (includes uploading photos,
environmental readings, clean-up records and notes to document work
Be available for On-Call
weeknights and weekends on a rotating basis. We are 24/7/365
- Maintain a professional appearance and
friendly, respectful demeanor.
High School Graduate or
One or more of the following:
New York State Mold Certification, IICRC: WTR, HMRT, ASD, FSRT
Certifications preferred. Company willing to provide additional
training for the right candidate.
1-3+ years of experience as a
Pass respirator use fitness
physical; ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Solid citizen; must pass a
background check, drug screen and have a clean driving
- Professional ambition; has the potential
and drive to grow in knowledge, responsibility, and accountability
as the company grows and expands.
Salary $16 to $222hr, +
overtime and on call bonus (depends on experience).
Great potential for rapid
advancement; solid performance can lead to a Lead Technician and/or
Operations Manager role.
Annual bonus potential based on
company and personal performance.
