Job Description:
Part-Time Job Summary (3-6 months)The ideal candidate will be
tech-savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. You will
be responsible for transitioning data from Salesforce, and
QuickBooks to NetSuite. Understanding of data confidentiality
principles is compulsory. THIS JOB REQUIRES YOU TO BE AT OUR
OFFICE. Our address is 85 Research Drive, Stamford, CT
06906.Currently, we are moving from using Salesforce, Quickbooks,
SmartSheet, CAP2020 Worksheet, and paper files to an overall system
called NetSuite. So, we need someone to help with the migration
from the old systems to the new system. This person will not
oversee the entire migration, but the data aspect of it to ensure
that the data is cleansed, and in the format that is needed to
upload to NetSuite.
Goal:Take data from Salesforce, and QuickBooks, cleanse it, go
through any duplicates, ensure addresses are correct, and import
that into NetSuite according to the structure that NetSuite has
provided.
Responsibilities:--- Convert all current data into the new NetSuite
program.--- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or
database systems using laptop and/or scanners.--- Type in data
provided directly from customers.--- Verify data by comparing it to
online sources such as Zoom Info, Lusha, or LinkedIn.--- Ensure
that all duplicates are merged, and all account addresses are up to
date.--- Understanding all areas of how a business works
(Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance)--- Work with employees to
ensure the new process is a seamless transition.--- Work with
NetSuite implementation team, and a 3rd party consultant
Skills Required:--- MUST have knowledge and experience with
NetSuite.--- Proven experience with handling large amounts of
data--- Fast typing skills--- Excellent knowledge of word
processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel,
SharePoint, etc.)--- Working knowledge of office equipment: Laptop,
Printer, Scanner--- Understanding of Salesforce and QuickBooks is
preferred--- Good command of English both oral and written.---

Job Type: Part-time
COVID-19 considerations:Currently, we are having staff come into
the office on a rotation basis. Everyone is required to wear a mask
while walking around the office. Jefferson Group has its own
freestanding building. The office is sanitized every evening.
