Job Description:
Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for
someone to fill the position of a Mortgage Loan Underwriter
Specialist to work virtually in the U.S. only. JOB SUMMARY: The
Mortgage Loan Underwriter Specialist provides support to the Field
Underwriting team by assisting with loan file registration and
performing routine administrative tasks. The incumbent works under
clearly defined procedures and processes with regular supervision
on most work assignments. RESPONSIBILITIES: Adhere to performance
standards for productivity, quality, turnaround time, and data
accuracy. Review loan package and Customer Profile thoroughly to
ensure all required documentation is legible, complete, accurate,
and valid. Register incoming loan packages and inputs loan data
into AQUA by reviewing files for specific documentation in order to
assign to the correct channel of business. Coordinate retrieval of
missing documentation and information with customer and/or document
imaging team. Maintain exceptional level of customer service by
responding to basic inquiries in a timely manner and providing
regular loan status updates as requested. Identify and report
system errors in a timely manner to management. Perform other tasks
and special projects as required and assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: Basic knowledge of mortgage industry
documents. Ability to follow instructions, prioritizes workload,
and performs basic administrative tasks. Strong accuracy and
attention to detail. Strong customer service orientation. Excellent
oral and written communication skills to effectively deal with
customers in a professional, concise, and courteous manner. Basic
proficiency with MS Office and Underwriting system applications.
PAY: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment JOB REQUIREMENTS:
