The Testing Associate will perform non-clinical tasks associated with COVID testing collection while ensuring safety and sterility. Properly identify patients and collect swab sample either oropharyngeal swabs, anterior swabbing or Patient Self-Swabbing using knowledge of practices regarding proper methods of specimen collection. Confirms identification of patients, controls flow of cars, and walk-ins through tents to ensure safety.

• Incumbents must work at least two 8 hour shifts per week (Monday-Friday) AND four 8 hour shifts of weekend time every 6-week block.
• Availability during daytime hours on weekdays and weekends is required.
• MUST have reliable transportation and be able to travel throughout the State of CT.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality, work autonomously with minimal direction, and provide a great customer experience are required.
