Highlights:

As the Senior Enterprise Voice Product Manager, you drive value leadership in the marketplace by ensuring a positive client experience and enticing pricing and packaging of voice products. You possess an in-depth understanding of the voice market and the ability to effectively evaluate market trends, the competitive landscape and other service provider offers. You excel at determining the effectiveness of the pricing strategy, value proposition and competitiveness of voice products by assisting with profit and loss while analyzing, evaluating and monitoring client and unit growth. You improve client satisfaction by serving as the subject matter expert and point of contact for all voice product questions, documentation and issue resolution.

You drive voice product success by contributing to the product roadmap while creating and communicating detailed product requirements, user scenarios and market analysis to various cross-functional teams. You differentiate Spectrum Enterprise in the market through the identification of new products, enhancements and potential new lines of business. You collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align tactics with the product strategy. You ensure that the product vision and client experience are maintained throughout the delivery cycle by working closely with development and delivery agents. Your success is measured by key operating metrics that include subscriber growth, churn, Trunking attachment rates to key data products and overall market penetration rates. You provide guidance to multiple teams within an office environment and travel as needed to complete company objectives. You report directly to the Senior Director, Product Management Voice Services for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do: Encourage company-wide excellence and success by actively and consistently supporting all efforts to deliver a superior client experience and product portfolio that satisfies client current and future needs.

Monitor and manage the monthly and quarterly product performance, including unit sales, net additions, ARPU, disconnects and port outs to provide analyses of the trends and identify areas of improvement.

Improve sales results and ensure that voice products meet or exceed yearly budgeted goals through detailed recommendations to processes and procedures.

Work with all sales channels to increase the monthly voice product participation rates while collaborating with Marketing and Sales to increase sell in rates to data only clients.

Increase overall sales by supporting the direct and channel sales teams in their daily activities.

Manage the Trunking product ICB requests with Sales and Sales engineers to ensure clients needs are being met.

Enhance the sales cycle by participating in the request for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP) processes.

Identify market risks and rewards by performing a competitive market and SWOT analysis.

Ensure product success through contributions to the development of the yearly roadmap.

Drive roadmap development initiatives by writing detailed Product Charters, to include end-to-end experience from order management to billing, required OSS and BSS changes and web portal self-management experience.

Inform clients and product teams by writing all product documentation and maintaining all product management generated updates and new product development initiative updates.

Create or update all Trunking training modules and material through collaboration with the Training team.

Support marketing and increase sales activity by providing the go-to-market strategy, assisting with the creation of product collateral and identifying areas of improvement.

Deliver a high-quality client experience by collaborating with operational teams to continuously simplify and streamline processes.

Required keys for success: Five or more years of product development or product management, IT or Engineering experience

Five or more years of experience with cable and telecommunications

Proficient in understanding complex, technical concepts and translating them into simplified product attributes

Sound business acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret data to provide recommendations

Adept at working in a fast-paced, competitive high-pressure environment

Desire to understand and build technical knowledge of telecommunications products and services

Extensive experience leading large, cross-functional teams to exceed business goals and results

Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively and independently

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and project management software

Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization

How you will stand out from the crowd: Seven or more years of development or management in a specific supported product line

Solid leadership skills

Proven track record of working with federal, state and local government contract process and procedures

Familiar with system integrators or consulting engagements in formulating government related RFP responses

Experience bidding on General Services Administration (GSA) contracts

History of working with GSA schedules or Multiple Award schedules

Your education: Bachelor’s Degree in business or a telecommunication related field (required)
