shaping the market. § Title: Senior Litigation Associate –
Insolvency & Financial Restructuring Practice Area : High-Stakes
Bankruptcy Litigation / Creditor-Debtor Rights / Distressed Asset
Disputes § Location : New York, NY § Salary : $235,000 to $425,000
Base Salary (total comp $275k to $495k) § Schedule : Full-time,

Duties : The incoming Associate will serve as a primary litigator
within the Business Restructuring & Reorganization group, managing
adversarial proceedings and complex disputes arising from fiscal
distress and corporate insolvency. This role requires a blend of
traditional commercial litigation prowess and a deep understanding
of the Bankruptcy Code. Core responsibilities include: ? Advocating
for financial institutions, including CLOs and hedge funds, in
high-stakes inter-creditor disputes and collateral challenges. ?
Managing all phases of debtor-side litigation, including the
prosecution of preference actions, fraudulent transfer claims, and
contested plan confirmations. ? Providing strategic counsel on
liability management exercises and the litigation risks inherent in
out-of-court restructuring transactions. ? Overseeing comprehensive
discovery processes, drafting dispositive motions, and spearheading
trial preparation for Section 363 asset sales and contested
valuations. ? Representing equity sponsors and institutional
investors in distressed M&A disputes and complex claims
resolution within the Chapter 11 framework. § Qualifications: ?
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school with
exemplary academic credentials. ? Active Bar Membership in good
standing within the State of New York. ? A minimum of one (1) to
five (5) years of intensive litigation experience, specifically
focused on commercial disputes or insolvency matters. ? Proven
history of managing complex motion practice and discovery in
federal or bankruptcy court settings. ? Exceptional writing and
analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex financial
transactions into compelling legal arguments. § Skills : ? Prior
experience with liability management litigation or inter-creditor
agreement disputes. ? Familiarity with the nuances of DIP financing
litigation and fraudulent conveyance defense. ? Strong
interpersonal skills for direct client advisory and negotiation
with opposing counsel in high-pressure environments. ? Demonstrated
ability to manage multi-jurisdictional proceedings or
