Job Description:
Our client is a publicly traded real estate investment trust
company with a market capitalization of $800+ million, managed by a
global assets management firm. They are seeking a real estate
paralegal with experience in commercialmatters as it relates to
closings and loans nationally, to join their tight-knit
collaborative environment. A discretionary bonus and fully covered
benefits package are offered! Qualified candidates must have an
understanding of commercial real estate debt structures, as well as
loan closings, financing, and syndications. Must be comfortable
handling all aspects of commercial closings from inception to
completion. Corporate experience is a plus! Experience drafting and
tracking various loan documents, as well as organizing and
transmitting legal due diligence and third party reports is
essential. Must be a proactive self-starter, who can work within a
team environment but thrive autonomously.
