more details. Role Summary: We are seeking a technology leader with
deep expertise in Trade Finance to support and drive initiatives
across Working Capital and Trade solutions. The role requires
active participation in the development and maintenance of Trade
Finance and Supply Chain Finance applications. The candidate should
have experience working as a Technology lead, collaborating closely
with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them
into clear inputs for systems development teams and build
technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong
technical background, enabling effective collaboration with
multiple technical teams supporting complex applications. A solid
financial services background is required, with a strong preference
for Trade Finance domain expertise and hands on experience with the
T360 application from CGI Inc. The role also requires knowledge of
relational databases, including the ability to create queries,
extract data, and work with Business Objects. The candidate should
be able to work independently and collaboratively across cross
functional teams with minimal direction from senior management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Experience in application development on data platforms is
required, including the use of structured query language (SQL),
extract transform load (ETL) tools such as Informatica, and
object-oriented programming languages including Java, Python, and
C#. Experience in AWS, Spark and Glue. As a key member of the
organization, the candidate will contribute to the design,
development, and implementation of modern software solutions that
enhance Trade Finance capabilities. Expertise in commercial banking
products, payment processing, loan products, and industry platforms
such as CGI’s T360 will be critical in driving innovation and
delivering seamless customer experiences. Education: ? Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an
equivalent combination of formal education and experience
Qualifications: 8 years of work experience within a technology
organization in the banking, financial services, or financial
technology industries is required 8 years of work experience in
Trade Finance domain and hands on experience with the T360
application from CGI Inc. Experience in structured query language
(SQL), extract-transform-load (ETL) tools Previous experience
working in regulated industry and matrixed organization required
Work experience in Trade Finance domain and hands on experience
with the T360 application from CGI Inc Candidates must have
experience working in a technology organization within the banking,
financial services, or fintech industries. Experience in Trade

knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture
disciplines Cloud experience, preferably in Amazon Web Services
(AWS) Experience with RDBMS based databases such as Oracle and SQL
Server or NoSQL DBs such as DynamoDB. Experience with monitoring
systems Knowledgeable in CI/CD principles Knowledgeable in DevOps
workflow tooling Knowledgeable on Atlassian Suite (Jira,
Confluence, etc.) Excellent communication skills Able to research
and learn new methodologies and technologies and bring knowledge to
the team Ability to present information to wide variety of
audiences including senior management Participate in all phases of
software engineering life cycle and troubleshoot technical problems
as needed. Design, develop, and maintain applications,
infrastructure, and platform according to changing requirements and
following established processes and procedures. Facilitating in the
integration of third party services, applications and
functionalities. Lead in designing, developing, coding, and/or
enhancing applications, features, infrastructure, and/or
application frameworks Monitor, test, analyze, and evaluate
application performance; resolve issues and/or recommend
improvements. Provide guidance and technical instruction to junior
level engineers. Conduct needs analyses and requirements
assessments, assess technical viability of products/technologies,
contribute to development of business cases, and consult and make
recommendations on technical solutions to meet specific business
requirements Consult on database development, database transaction
management, and application integration for various systems or
platforms. Test, debug, and/or oversee the testing and validation
of applications to ensure that quality and functionality are in
line with the requirements, as well as industry standards and
protocols. Other: As per MUFG’s work policy for all personnel,
candidates must work onsite for 4 days and 1 day remotely. The
typical base pay range for this role is between $140K - $188K
depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and
location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary
performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
