This position is flexible to function in either a hybrid capacity 1-2 days on-site per week or remotely. #LI-RemoteThe primary focus of this position will be the administration of Encompass and MeridianLink systems. The Lending Systems Administrator will provide technical and workflow support to the RE Lending and Specialty Consumer Lending teams by identifying and implementing system feature functionality that maximizes the efficiency of the departments, with adherence to system and application change controls and vendor best practices, and with minimal impact on the staff and members.+ Work alongside multiple departments within the organization and outside vendors to understand business processes and functions.+ Research changes and manage periodic system enhancements in upcoming versions of Encompass, MeridianLink, and other integrated applications, informing users of impact and document test results.+ Ensure Encompass and MeridianLink are functioning consistently in accordance with applicable laws and regulations relating to the mortgage lending & asset management industry and information security.+ Seek areas of opportunity for process-flow improvement in system functionality and workflow.+ Manage system change development, testing and deploying when necessary.+ Collaborate with IT to continuously enhance and maintain a data access interface to deliver timely and accurate reporting and dashboards for staff performance, goal monitoring and executive oversight of RE Lending and Specialty Consumer Lending departments.+ Ensure that proposed solutions work as desired through system analysis.+ Manage Encompass & MeridianLink development and configuration of selected vendors.+ Maintain Encompass & MeridianLink system functions and adjust configuration settings to meet business needs.+ Complete documentation and testing of system changes.+ Employ problem solving abilities to understand, interpret, troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to system functionality.+ Perform day-to-day monitoring of systems.+ Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements+ Two years' experience as an Ellie Mae Encompass Administrator+ At least 2 years' experience:+ In the mortgage industry with strong knowledge of the mortgage process.+ Business systems support, user access and application administration.+ Data Warehousing, extracts, imports and reporting, including tables and graphs.+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills+ Detail oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently+ MS Office (Word & Excel)+ Additional experience preferred: MeridianLink, Compliance Relief, Lender Link, Birchwood, FNMA, The Work Number, AVM Appraisals.BenefitsWork Culture & Benefits+ Medical and Dental Insurance+ Employer Paid Vision and Life Insurance+ 401(k) Savings Plan with Full Employer Match Up to 6%+ Generous Paid Time Off+ Flexible Spending Accounts for Health & Dependent Care Expenses+ Collaborative & Dynamic Co-workers+ Innovative & Relevant Technology Resources+ Career PlanningUSALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, values and supports the diverse cultures, perspectives, skills and experiences within our workforce.
