You will have the chance to work with IBM teams directly on cutting edge projects and deliver innovative software products to the best companies in the US and internationally.The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning software and infrastructure deliveries closely with IBM and coordinate internally with Hanzo technical teams in the US, UK and onboard a local team dedicated to IBM delivery.In the first phase, you will undertake the migration of Hanzo key products from GCP and AWS to IBM cloud. Then in a second phase you will evolve, scale and support growing numbers of deployments, integrations and extensions to the core products.You would have experience with enterprise cloud based distributed systems, understanding of cloud technologies and software, ideally with IBM cloud and IBM as an organization.You also would have experience with agile methodologies, continuous delivery, and industry standard configuration deployment and security frameworks.Duties* Planning and coordination of all infrastructure and software delivery with IBM, Hanzo and third parties.* Participate in the design of the target infrastructure of IBM cloud in close collaboration with IBM Engineering.* Facilitate requirement gathering and roadmap planning with IBM, Hanzo product team, technical teams (US, UK) and commercial teams.* Produce epics and user stories, assist and support Hanzo Engineering teams in order to ensure that the product is aligned with roadmap and IBM expectations.* Coordinate development and infrastructure deployment activities internally, participating or leading daily scrums and sprint ceremonies. Ensure that the backlog is maintained in a clean state.* Communicate progress, risk and mitigation at all levels.* Follow Hanzo's development process and ensure that security and quality reviews are performed as per established framework.Basic QualificationsRequirements* Fluent written and spoken English.
