AssociateEdgehill is seeking an entry level BO/HR Associate with
administrative and accounting skills as well as an energetic and

on.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Office
- Record salon, maintenance, transportation and other
miscellaneous charges to residents' statements
- Timely delivery of monthly statements
- Assist controller with monitoring aged receivable balances and
make collection calls
- Financial Record Maintenance, Accounts Payable and Accounts
Receivable
- Update work papers in Excel for year-end audit preparation
- Project Analytics
- Utilizes and maintains computer hardware/software
applications
- Assists Controller as needed
- Other duties as assigned by the ControllerHuman Resources
- Assists in the orientation of new associates including
preparation of new hire packets, setting up onboarding classes,
following up with new associates and Benchmark University
Orientation.
- Assists in the organization & maintenance of personnel files
and binders related to employment matters for the required length
of time in accordance with BSL standards, Federal and state
requirements
- Assist in tracking and updating associate licenses &
certifications in accordance with BSL standards, Federal and state
requirements.
- Helps coordinate associates' activities and morale boosting
events.
- Helps educate community about Benchmark benefits, new
initiatives, company culture, programs, etc.
- In conjunction with the HR Director and Leadership Team,
generates excitement for and helps promote One Company Fund events
and initiatives.
- Assists the HR Director in other projects and initiatives as
assigned.Job RequirementsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE-
CERTIFICATION
- Business office/Financial and/or HR experience a plus.ABILITIES

- High proficiency on computers and basic programs

skills
