As a S enio r Human Resources Generalist , you will administer HR policies and programs, balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs. Youll also provide comprehensive HR support to a designated client group in recruitment and retention of critical talent, continuous performance coaching and management, problem identification and resolution, and development for more effective leadership decision and communication skills. + Generating solutions and implementing with input from more senior HR teammates
+ Anticipating and planning for long-term human resource needs and trends
+ Assuring company policies are administered fairly and consistently
+ Performing advanced employee relations functions
+ Conducting complex/sensitive employee related investigations
+ Handling workers compensation, first report of injury database and safety regulations process
+ Coordinating the administration of all Leave of Absence programs and processes including transitional work and accommodations
+ Conducting employee and supervisor training

WHAT YOULL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
+ Experience: Human Resources Generalist experience 5+ years
+ Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
+ Technical skills: PC skills and MS Office skills. Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws and procedures . Knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies . Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws . Knowledge of staffing and employment practices . Knowledge of employee relations procedures and applicable law
+ Skills: Consultative and coaching skills . Analytical skills . Business Acumen . Project Management skills
+ Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English . Can communicate orally and in writing in a clear manner and with all levels of management and company personnel . Can deal with the public in a professional manner . Can maintain confidentiality of information . Can make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure . Can prioritize and organize effectively . Can show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties in a timely manner . Can work independently
+ Travel Ability: Office environment. Travel Required
Preferred Qualifications
+ Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record within company required standards preferred
+ Certifications for Human Resource Professionals (PHR, SPHR) preferred
