HR Business Partner Key Responsibilities: This position is
responsible for administering, implementing, and/or assisting with
a variety of human resources functions, including but not limited
to, the full life-cycle of employees within assigned
department(s)This position serves as a point of contact for
HR-related questions from managers and employees of assigned
department(s) and is responsible for providing a high level of
customer serviceResponsible for various HRIS and Staffing
transactions including but not limited to:Enters and maintains HRIS
information for all employeesPrepares ad-hoc reports as
neededEnsures data integrity with all systemsAssists HR Directors
and VP with overseeing exit interviews and proceduresWorks with
legal team to manage the Employee Visa and Immigration
processGuiding management on employee relations and performance
managementImproving, implementing, and administering human
resources policies and proceduresServes as a back-up to the Human
Resources teamAlways maintains confidentiality of human resources
informationPerforms other related duties as required and assigned
Requirements: 3+ years of HR experienceInternational HR Business
Partner support preferredExcellent written and verbal
communications, leadership/management, interpersonal,
organizational, and presentation skillsAble to thrive in a dynamic,
fast-paced work environment, effectively managing multiple programs
and projects simultaneously while still paying close attention to
detailProactive, self-motivated team player that can execute
independentlyWilling and able to be hands-on in executing
programsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS
(Workday), Google Workspace and presentation experienceBachelor's
degree in Human Resources or related field of study preferred _ WWE
