Ark Healthcare and Rehabilitation at St. Camillus, a 124-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in the Heart of Stamford, is seeking experienced Per Diem Cook Supervisors to join our Dietary Team.
Experienced Cook Supervisor will:

• 
  
• Be responsible for the safe preparation and serving of resident meals, while ensuring patient nutritional needs are met.
  
• Adhere to local, state and federal food safety regulations
  
• Document food, refrigeration, and freezer temperature
  
• Have prior expericence food service experience in a fast paced healthcare setting
  
• Operate kitchen equipment and ensure clean, sanitary conditions
  
• Hold a ServSafe certification
  
• Have ability to supervise others
  
• Carry out any duties as assigned by Food Service Supervisor
