Job Description Customer Service Representative Our client is Wholesale Food Company based in Hauppauge, New York. Some of the company's new, trendy products are gluten free, dairy free, and vegan We are looking for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 2 weeks PTO & 1 week paid company wide shutdown Paid holidays Responsibilities Process orders in a timely and accurate manner Handle all calls concerning orders, returns, shipments, and products Identify and assess customers--- needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Receive and enter orders/ make changes to or cancel orders Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies May be required to assist others and handle other duties as assigned Prepare ecommerce orders for shipment daily Requirements: 2---3 yrs.
