Outpatient Cardiology
Average 16 patients per day
Trauma Level/Designation: Level 4
Documentation System/EMR: Cerner
Total number of beds: 61
Patient Age Demographic: Adult
Procedures Required: Echocardiography, Electrocardiograms (EKGs), Echocardiography

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardilogy
- If BE - provide graduation date
Active Vermont Medical License or willing to obtain VT license
DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
CPR (must be obtained prior to start)
Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
