Registered Nurse (RN) | Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op Location: West Islip, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,569 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: PACU Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: PACU and CCU experience preferred. Recovery experience is required. License: Must hold a valid state nursing license. Certifications: Relevant nursing certifications are required. Must-Have: - Two supervisory clinical references at the time of submission. - Previous charge experience is preferred. - A minimum of one travel assignment is preferred but not required. Description: The Registered Nurse will provide care to patients in the PACU setting. Experience in a cardiology holding room is preferred. Candidates should have strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently. Team collaboration and effective communication are essential. Candidates must comply with health and safety protocols, including vaccination requirements. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment is necessary. Candidates should be familiar with common charting systems used in the healthcare setting.
