Job Description:
Albany Medical Center, a leading healthcare institution, is
seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse III to join our night shift team
on the E4 unit. This role demands a compassionate professional
committed to providing the highest level of care through advanced
nursing practices. As a key member of our nursing team, you will
work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional
patient outcomes and contribute to ongoing research and clinical
trials. Provide comprehensive nursing care based on patient
assessments. Implement individualized care plans and monitor
patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments safely.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Educate
patients and families on health management. Strong clinical skills
in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively Proficiency in
EMR systems and technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed
in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
