Job Description Annual Salary – around $250k-$270k, varying depending on years of experience We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospitalist to join our client’s dynamic team within a leading New Jersey hospital network known for its excellence in patient care, innovation, and clinical research. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive inpatient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality outcomes for hospitalized patients. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct medical care to hospitalized adult patients. Perform admissions, daily rounds, and discharges. Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and support staff to coordinate patient care. Interpret diagnostic tests and manage treatment plans. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital committees as needed. Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans and progress. Requirements: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Valid New Jersey medical license (or eligibility to obtain). Prior hospitalist or inpatient experience preferred but not required. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
