Job Description Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Brooklyn, NY (Sign-On Bonus available) Job Type - Full time. Shift - Days (3 x 10 hours) - (Weekend coverage once a month). (Sign-On & relocation assistance provided) Job Summary We are seeking a committed Physician (MD/DO) to join our outpatient practice. The ideal candidate has a background in primary care and a passion for providing holistic, patient-centered care. Roles & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across all age groups. Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions. Collaborate with and supervise mid-level providers, as needed. Accommodate up to 10 walk-in patients daily, in addition to scheduled appointments. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and follow-up care. Qualifications Active New York State Medical License and DEA License (required). Infection Control Certification (mandatory). Minimum 3 years of primary care experience (inpatient or outpatient). Preferred experience in behavioral health, urgent care, or multispecialty settings within NY outpatient care. Preferred certifications (can be obtained within 120 days): DOT, Worker's Compensation, USCIS Civil Surgeon (Physicians only). Benefits Competitive salary package.
