Occupational Therapist Location: Bronx, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,106 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 7 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Healthcare Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in acute inpatient care License: Active New York State license Must-Have: - Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program - Able to practice without restrictions - In good standing with regulatory agencies and licensing boards - Working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources - Full knowledge of residents' rights - Professional demeanor Description: We are currently looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist preferably with acute care hospital experience. The primary role of the Occupational Therapist is to direct all aspects of quality patient care. This includes evaluation, treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation. Responsibilities are in accordance with organizational guidelines, professional standards, and community needs. The ideal candidate must possess a license to practice Occupational Therapy in New York State. Candidates should have proven success in providing exceptional care. The ability to work as a proactive and contributing part of a dynamic team is essential.
