registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years NICU RN

available for a registered nurse with Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
(NICU) experience to provide specialized care in a well-equipped
Level II NICU. This role offers a chance to apply your clinical
skills in a supportive environment focusing on premature and
critically ill newborns. Qualifications and Desired Experience: -
Valid RN license with NICU experience preferred - Minimum of 2
years of clinical nursing experience in NICU or related pediatric
care - Proficiency in Epic charting system is required - Ability to
work within a 50-mile travel radius - Strong critical thinking and
interpersonal skills essential Location:Position is based near
Paterson, NJ, a vibrant city known for its rich cultural diversity
and convenient access to major metropolitan areas. The location
offers a dynamic urban setting with excellent transportation links,
providing opportunities to explore a variety of recreational and
cultural attractions. Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality care
and monitoring to newborns in the NICU - Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized
care plans - Perform assessments, administer medication, and
document patient information accurately in the Epic system -
Support families through education and communication about their
newborns condition and care Schedule and Hours: - Day shift: 3
consecutive 12-hour shifts (07:00 19:30) This contract role offers
