Job Description Job Description Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care Location: Bronx, NY Position Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $135,000 – $145,000 annually (commensurate with experience; may include bonuses/incentives) Position Summary The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will provide comprehensive primary care services, delivering advanced clinical care to patients in both in-person and telehealth settings. This role includes evaluating, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments Diagnose and treat a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and diagnostic procedures Prescribe medications and administer treatments as appropriate Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation including medical history, assessments, and care plans Provide vaccinations and preventive care services Educate patients on disease prevention, diet, hygiene, and overall wellness Coordinate referrals to specialists within the network as needed Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements Qualifications Master’s Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Family or Adult-Geriatrics focus) Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license National Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or ONCC) EMR/EHR experience preferred Bilingual Spanish preferred New graduates are encouraged to apply Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
